Al Borde, the popular Latin Alternative Publication, launches mobile entertainment service to enthus

LOS ANGELES, CA – September 25, 2006 – Al Borde, the award-winning Latin alternative entertainment biweekly publication, launched its bilingual mobile entertainment service to serve the growing Hispanic Latino market that seeks unusual, edgy and alternative entertainment. 

Al Borde readers are principally Latino, between the ages of 18 to 40, college educated and active cell phone and internet users.  “Offering mobile entertainment directly to cell phones is a perfect and enthusiastically awaited service for our fans” states Melvin Ortiz, Creative Marketing Manager for Al Borde.  “Our readers have long been using our award-winning covers to paper their walls, now our mobile subscribers can download a variety of “wallpaper” of Al Borde covers and original artwork of the Latin alternative music scene.”

 Most unique to Al Borde Mobile subscribers is their access to ringtones of favorite Latin alternative bands not available anywhere else.
