The Boss Takes the Big Screen

A 90-minute version of the Bruce Springsteen concert film “London Calling: Live In Hyde Park” will show at various venues around the US, where viewers will be able to see Springsteen spontaneously directing his band and shaping the show as it evolves, all captured with high definition cameras.  The song list includes “London Calling”, “Badlands”, “Night”, “She’s the One”, “Outlaw Pete”, “Working on a Dream” , “Born to Run”, “Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)”, “Jungleland”
“American Land”, “Glory Days”, “Dancing in the Dark” and “Waitin’ on a Sunny Day”.

Filmed in London at the Hard Rock Calling Festival on June 28, 2009, Bruce Springsteen’s concert film “London Calling: Live In Hyde Park”, conveys both the experience of being on-stage and part of the vast crowd amidst one of the essential rock 'n' roll experiences, a Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert. The much-anticipated DVD release will receive a limited theatrical release in advance of its June 22 release on DVD and Blu-ray.

A portion of the proceeds from select screenings will support a charity focused on finding and funding melanoma research to accelerate progress toward a cure, called The Danny Fund. This fund was set up after the 2008 passing of Danny Federici, longtime Springsteen friend and E Street Band member.
