The Raveonettes- “In And Out Of Control”
Friday, 18 September 2009 21:37
The Danish rock duo promised this would be their poppiest album to date, y sí que cumplieron su palabra. Before you start freaking out and cursing the Pop Gods, hold your horses… you won’t find any tracks by Timbaland and/or a cameo by the infamous Lady Caca Lady GaGa sino todo lo contrario. Sune Rose Wagener and Sharin Foo kept their fierce indie/ shoegaze/ 50’s rock sound, pero a diferencia de sus discos anteriores, for “In And Out Of Control”, they loosened up a bit, added some synths, monster catchy choruses and wicked riffs. Contrary to what many would think, The Raveonettes didn’t sell out on their fourth album… if anything it’s an evolution that pretty much makes sense. It’s the perfect follow up to “Lust Lust Lust” and their previous shit. It’ll take only one listen for you to fall in love and go bananas over this album.
In And Out Of Control Outstanding Traxx: D.R.U.G.S., Bang!, Breaking Into Cars, Boys Who Rape (Should All Be Destroyed), Last Dance, Gone Forever, Suicide, Wine, Break Up Girls! ...JUST GET THE WHOLE DAMN ALBUM!!!!!
