Los Amigos Invisibles: Commercial

Los Amigos Invisibles have single-handedly soundtracked a promiscuous lifestyle of rendezvous nights at disco-lounges where a drink on the rocks, baby-making music and making out with a stranger in a blinged-up white suit are elements of a typical night out. With the same party-mode personality that LAI approached the world in the mid ‘90’s, Los Amigos Invisibles re-erect with a party-infused “Commercial”.

The first “Commercial” single drops through virtue of “Mentiras”-a guy’s defense against rumors of his womanizing ways. Joining the pack further into the album is songstress Natalia Lafourcade on “Vivire para ti” where making love and falling into it sets this tune as polar-opposite to "Mentiras". “In Luv With you” is another one of those few LAI tunes that demand to be taken seriously. As a proposal of eternal love, LAI lays its cards on the table and wears its heart on its sleeve in this honest “Commercial” anthem of love.

Friends of the Amigos, Senor Coconut vocalist Argenis Brito, Jorge Gonzalez of Los Prisioneros, DJ Dimitri from Paris and Cachorro López, join in the LAI craziness to create this disco-funk-lounge album that is sure to resonate through various bar speakers throughout the world.

Best if listened to: during a lounge-themed house party where the gals’ are dressed in silk night ties and the fellas in leopard print robes.
