Suicide Girls Strut for a Cause

The seductive SuicideGirls are stripping down in their usual fashion to promote the “Inks and Undies” benefit, which will be showcasing the world-famous alternative beauty of the SuicideGirls along with entertainment, gift bags and a lingerie runway show for attendees. 

This large fundraising event is taking place on August 14 at the Ecco Ultra Lounge.

The SuicideGirls company is based in Los Angeles, California and has a softcore pin-up website that features models that share their punk rock, alternative and indie styles through photos, journals, and social media. The “Suicide Girls” or models have participated in musical tours, magazine and fashion shoots, the PETA and Pinups for Soldiers charities, and appeared as guests at multiple film and entertainment festivals.

The girls promote a “DIY attitude of underground culture with an active, sex positive community”, as stated on their website.

That hell-on-heels attitude will be seen as the girls strut their stuff on the catwalk, modeling lingerie provided by lingerie brand Seven ‘til Midnight.

All of the proceeds of “Inks and Undies” will go towards the central cause of Undershare, a charity that provides undergarments and toiletries to women and children in homeless shelters or that have recently escaped domestic violence.

Helen Huang launched Undershare just over a decade ago and now it is being sponsored by organizations around the globe, including the Suicide Girls.
